Regency at Ten Trails

Regency at Ten Trails is a 55+ active adult community by Toll Brothers set within the larger master-planned Ten Trails development in Black Diamond, Washington — a historic former coal-mining town tucked into South King County between Seattle and Mount Rainier. At build-out, 403 single-story luxury homes will fill the neighborhood across four collections: Eclipse (two-bedroom courtyard homes from 1,340–1,590 sq ft), Nova (1,361–1,687 sq ft), Solstice (1,809–2,055 sq ft), and Horizon (2,061–2,379 sq ft, the largest, with three-car garages and multi-gen suite options). Fourteen unique floor plans are offered in modern farmhouse, contemporary, and craftsman architectural styles, with 10-foot ceilings, optional covered outdoor living, gas fireplaces, and gourmet kitchens with quartz counters standard.
