Grand Dominion is Del Webb's first — and only — active adult community in Lake County, Illinois, set on 320 rolling acres in the northern Chicago suburb of Mundelein. Built out between 2007 and 2016 by Del Webb/Pulte Homes with 725 single-family ranch homes, the community is designed around a natural 13-acre lake (Lake Dominion) and 100 acres of preserved open space laced with walking and biking trails.
