Eagle Creek is a 1,400-acre guard-gated master-planned community in southeast Orlando's Lake Nona corridor, organized around an 18-hole, 7,200-yard, par-73 Ron Garl-designed championship course rated 4½ stars by Golf Digest. Developed primarily by Jones Homes USA in the early 2000s, Eagle Creek is now essentially built out — Jones wrapped its model home program in 2024 and the last new-construction homes were delivered in 2025 — and the community has settled into one of Lake Nona's most desirable established gated addresses. The plan mixes single-family estate homes, golf villas, townhomes, and condos across multiple sub-villages, giving Eagle Creek an unusually broad price spectrum: townhomes in the high $400Ks, single-family homes from the $600Ks through the low seven figures, and golf-front estates above $2 million.
