Cypress Falls at The Woodlands is a gated 55+ active adult community in North Port, Florida, nestled in southern Sarasota County just off the Gulf Coast between Venice and Port Charlotte. The community launched in 2005 under Lennar Homes, which completed roughly 148 homes before the Great Recession halted construction in 2008. Del Webb (Pulte) acquired the development in 2012 and expanded it significantly, adding paired villas, garden villas, and single-family homes, including the Garden Series collection that opened in 2018.
