Cresswind at Lake Harris is Kolter Homes' first 55+ community in Lake County, Florida — a gated, resort-style development rising along the shores of Lake Harris in Tavares, "America's Seaplane City." Approved for 625 homes across 220 lakefront acres, the community soft-opened in 2025 and is still very much under construction as of early 2026, with only a small number of homes completed. Kolter secured approval for the next phase of development in October 2025, signaling continued build-out through the late 2020s. The heart of the community is Club Cresswind, a lakefront amenity campus overlooking Lake Harris.
