Symphony Bay is a 55+ active-adult community set on a wooded conservancy in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, developed by Fairwyn, Ltd. and approved by the Lake Geneva City Council in 2017 with first homes delivered starting in 2018. When complete, the gated community will have approximately 427 single-family and attached villa homes on the south side of town, just off State Road 120 between Townline Road and Edwards Boulevard — roughly a mile from Geneva Lake itself and two miles from the downtown lakefront. The community's defining feature is water.
