Soleil Laurel Canyon

Soleil Laurel Canyon is a gated, 500-acre master-planned 55+ community tucked into the foothills of the North Georgia Mountains in Canton, roughly an hour north of downtown Atlanta. Developed by Southeast Capital Companies and Patrick Malloy Communities and built by Levitt & Sons and Active Lifestyle Communities, the community finished out at 946 single-family ranch-style homes between 2007 and 2023. Homes are resale-only now, ranging from roughly 1,400 to nearly 3,000 square feet in traditional, Craftsman, and cottage styles — first-floor owner's suites, 11-foot ceilings, hardwood floors, granite counters, and professionally maintained landscaping with irrigation are standard. The heart of Soleil is the 30,000-square-foot Craftsman-style Grand Clubhouse, which residents half-jokingly call "summer camp for adults." Northside Hospital Cherokee is about 1.5 miles away, and Riverstone Parkway shopping and dining is just outside the gates. Historic downtown Canton, Boling Park, Barnett Park, and the Etowah River are all under 20 minutes, and the North Georgia mountain towns of Dahlonega, Ellijay, and Blue Ridge are an easy day trip north. Downtown Atlanta is about an hour south, and Hartsfield-Jackson is roughly 54 miles. The HOA covers the 24/7 manned gate, lawn maintenance, Comcast cable, trash, and common-area upkeep, making Soleil a true lock-and-leave lifestyle for residents who travel.
