Glenhaven at Ridgewalk is a gated 55+ active adult community of 130 ranch-style single-family homes in Woodstock, Georgia, about 30 minutes north of downtown Atlanta in Cherokee County. Built by Encore, the active adult division of David Weekley Homes, it was the builder's first Encore community in Georgia — pre-sales opened in March 2021 and the community has since sold out, with final move-ins wrapping up in 2025-2026. Homes range from 1,740 to 3,706 square feet across six one-level floor plans — the Skylar II, Octavia, Ravenwood II, Palomino II, Cartwright II, and Braylen — each with an Owner's Retreat on the main level and options to add a second floor with bonus/storage space, a basement, covered or screened porches, and additional bedrooms.
