Cresswind Spring Haven

Cresswind at Spring Haven is a gated 55+ active adult community by Kolter Homes in Newnan, Georgia, about 40 minutes southwest of downtown Atlanta and five miles from Newnan's historic downtown square. When fully built out, the community will span approximately 410 acres and contain around 700 single-family homes. It is Kolter's fourth Cresswind community in metro Atlanta and, since its grand opening in March 2024, has grown quickly — more than half of Phase 1 sold within months of launch, and Phase 2 released in 2024 added another 97 homesites with more privacy-oriented layouts. The community is organized into four home collections with twelve flexible floor plans ranging from roughly 1,500 to over 4,000 square feet, with 2 to 5 bedrooms. Every home is single-story at its core, with optional second-floor bonus rooms and basement homesites available to effectively double the living space or create separate in-law or guest quarters. Kolter's 'Built Around You' process gives buyers hundreds of structural and design personalization choices at the on-site Design Studio — expanded garages, added bedrooms, free-standing tubs, finished bonus rooms, and more. Move-in-ready homes with designer-curated finishes are also available for buyers who don't want to wait through the build cycle. Social life centers on Club Cresswind, the resident-only clubhouse whose outdoor amenities opened alongside the first homes and whose indoor amenity center is targeted for a May 2026 grand opening.
