Saddlewood is an up-and-coming 55+ active adult community in Prescott, Arizona, developed by Dorn Homes within the larger Deep Well Ranch master-planned development in the rolling hills just north of the city. At buildout, Saddlewood will include 219 luxury single-family homes across six customizable one- and two-story floor plans ranging from 1,369 to 2,118 square feet, with two to four bedrooms, two to two-and-a-half bathrooms, and two- or three-car garages.
