The community is planned for roughly 284 low-maintenance luxury homes across three distinct single-story collections — Briar, Orchard, and Grove — each offering multiple floor plans that can be personalized with Toll Brothers' signature design studio selections. The Briar Collection starts around 1,720–1,724 square feet with two-bedroom, two-bath layouts like the Clara (a modern farmhouse design featuring a bright foyer, casual dining, a great room opening to a covered patio, and a primary suite with a walk-in closet and luxe shower).
