Cadence

Cadence at Paramount is a gated 55+ active adult community of 196 attached homes tucked inside the 500-acre Paramount master-planned community in Northwest Meridian, Idaho. Built by Brighton Homes between 2017 and 2020, Cadence offers nine different floor plans in both townhome and single-level configurations ranging from 1,120 to 2,160 square feet. Homes feature one to three bedrooms, 100% Energy Star certification, open-concept layouts, granite countertops, custom cabinetry, Bosch stainless steel appliances, and smart-home pre-wiring for Wi-Fi, satellite, and smart thermostats. Fiber-cement exterior siding, enhanced insulation, and high-performance windows round out the build quality. The centerpiece of the community is the 10,000-square-foot clubhouse known as the "Heart of Cadence" (HOC). It houses an indoor lap pool and whirlpool spa, a group fitness studio, a fitness equipment room, men's and ladies' locker rooms, a gathering hall, activity lounges with a pool table and sports TV, a members' tech office, and a full catering kitchen. Location is a strong selling point. Cadence sits less than 10 minutes from downtown Meridian and its year-round events, concerts, and holiday festivities. The Village at Meridian — a major open-air shopping and dining district — is about five miles away. The 18-hole championship BanBury Golf Course is a five-minute drive, and Eagle Island State Park lies just 4.5 miles north, offering Boise River access, a swimming beach, disc golf, picnicking, and trails. Downtown Boise and the Boise Airport are each a 20–25 minute drive via Chinden Boulevard. The community appears essentially sold out, with resales the primary path to ownership; a separate independent-living cottage component (Cadence Independent Living, operated with Veranda Senior Living) also exists within the broader Cadence footprint.
