Northminster Farms is a new-construction 55+ active adult community in historic Jefferson, Georgia, being built by locally owned Three Rivers Homes. Construction began in 2023 and when complete the community will total 130 single-family ranch homes, creating an intentionally close-knit, small-scale atmosphere rather than the sprawl of a mega-community.
