Hill Country Retreat is one of San Antonio's most established 55+ active adult communities, developed by Del Webb starting in 2006 and now fully built out with 1,904 single-family homes on the Far West Side of the city. Tucked just off Culebra Road outside Loop 1604 in the 78253 zip code, the community sits on rolling Texas Hill Country terrain with mature oak trees, natural landscaping, and cascading waterfalls at the entrance that set a resort-like tone from the moment you drive in.
