Hammock Walk at Nexton

Hammock Walk at Nexton is a 55+ neighborhood of ranch-style attached villas by Ashton Woods, tucked into the North Creek area of Nexton — the award-winning 5,000-acre master-planned community that the National Association of Home Builders named Best Master-Planned Community in the U.S. in 2021. Presales began in summer 2023 and the neighborhood held its grand opening in January 2024. Phase I delivers 106 villas, with roughly 180 homes planned at build-out.
