Del Webb Southern Harmony is a 55+ master-planned community spread across 576 acres in west Murfreesboro, Tennessee, roughly 40 minutes southeast of Nashville. When complete, the community will include 1,111 single-level homes built by Del Webb (a PulteGroup brand), with an estimated 7-to-10 year buildout that began in spring 2024. The community is Del Webb's first in Murfreesboro and sits off Highway 96 in the rolling countryside of Middle Tennessee, with Franklin, Nolensville, and College Grove all within an easy drive. The centerpiece is the Farmstead Clubhouse, a 21,516-square-foot resort-style amenity complex that held its grand opening in February 2026.
