Traditions of America at Hanover is a gated 55+ active adult community of 241 attached and single-family homes tucked into Hanover Township on the northern edge of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Built by Traditions of America between 2008 and 2014, the community is fully built out and all homes now trade on the resale market, typically in the upper $300Ks to around $500K. Homes were designed around low-maintenance, one-level living. Single-family floor plans range from roughly 1,274 to 2,314 square feet, and attached homes run 1,261 to 1,883 square feet.
