Traditions of America at Saucon Valley is an established 55+ active adult community in Center Valley, Pennsylvania, set against the scenic backdrop of the Lehigh Valley and South Mountain. Developed by Traditions of America between 2015 and 2019, the community is fully built out with 235 low-maintenance homes — a mix of single-family residences and attached garden-style villas — and is now resale-only. The heart of the community is a 7,500-square-foot clubhouse that anchors daily social life. Inside, residents have access to several social rooms, a library, a card room, billiards, a bar area, a full kitchen, an aerobics and dance studio, and a fitness center with cardio and weight-training equipment. Outside, residents enjoy a heated pool with a jacuzzi, a patio, tennis courts, bocce ball courts, a putting green, and walking paths that wind through the community. The community borders the public 27-hole Wedgewood Golf Course, offering lovely valley views and convenient access for golfers (golf membership is separate from the HOA).
