The Village at Green Meadows is a gated 55+ active adult townhome community in Munford, Tennessee, developed by Green Meadows Development Corp. and positioned as Tipton County's only gated 55+ community. Located about 24 miles (roughly a 40-minute drive) northeast of downtown Memphis along the Highway 51 corridor, the community offers a quiet small-town Tennessee setting with easy access to big-city amenities. At buildout, the community will consist of 139 attached townhomes arranged in approximately 34 quad-style buildings, with each quad containing two Cambridge units and two Oxford units. Homes generally run 1,500–1,800 square feet with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
