Stillwater is a 55+ active adult master-planned golf community in St. Johns, Florida, developed by Lennar on 784 acres in northwest St. Johns County. When complete, the gated community will span 549 single-family and attached homes organized around the centerpiece of the development: the Bobby Weed-designed Stillwater Golf & Country Club, which earned Sports Illustrated's Most Innovative Course Design of 2022.
