SpringHouse Village is a 55+ active adult community by Oakwood Homes (OakwoodLife) set within Daybreak, an award-winning 4,000+ acre master-planned community in South Jordan, Utah at the base of the Oquirrh Mountains. Opened in summer 2018, SpringHouse Village is planned for more than 450 low-maintenance homes and is Daybreak's second and largest 55+ neighborhood (the smaller Garden Park Village was the first).
