Heritage at Vizcaya

Heritage at Vizcaya is a 55+ active adult neighborhood tucked inside the larger all-ages Vizcaya master-planned community, located off University Boulevard in Round Rock, Texas — about 20 miles north of downtown Austin. Developed and built by Taylor Morrison, Heritage is planned for roughly 750 single-family homes at buildout within a parent community that will total approximately 1,200 homes across 475 acres. Construction began in 2015 and continues today, with three home series — Landmark, Summit, and Pinnacle — offering nearly 20 one-story floor plans ranging from around 1,333 to 3,687 square feet. Homes feature two to four bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, attached two- to three-car garages, open-concept layouts, gourmet kitchens, owners' suites with spa-style baths, brick and stucco exteriors, natural gas service, and tech-ready wiring. Several of the original new-build series are now sold out, so much of the inventory today comes via resale. The heart of the community is The Lodge, a private 6,500–7,000 square-foot clubhouse dedicated exclusively to Heritage residents. Inside, residents enjoy a full fitness center, an aerobics and dance studio, a billiards room, card and game rooms, arts and crafts space, a catering kitchen, meeting rooms, and a grand ballroom for larger gatherings. Professional HOA management is provided by CCMC, and the community is non-gated. Location is one of Heritage's strongest selling points.
