Grand Reserve

Grand Reserve is a Del Webb 55+ active adult community in Grand Blanc, Michigan, set on rolling suburban land on the north side of Baldwin Road just east of Saginaw Road. Development began in 2006 and the community is planned to ultimately include 479 single-family homes and attached duplex villas, with new construction still available from Del Webb/Pulte alongside a steady resale market.
