Traditions of America at Sewickley Ridge is a 241-home, age-restricted 55+ community tucked into the North Hills suburb of Sewickley, Pennsylvania, just 12 miles from downtown Pittsburgh. Built out between 2013 and 2017 by Traditions of America — a two-time National 55+ Builder of the Year — the community was famously the fastest-selling new home community in the entire Pittsburgh region during its sellout years, and it remains one of the most sought-after active adult addresses in Western PA on the resale market.
