Osborne Trails is Westfield, Indiana's first-ever 55+ active adult master-planned community, developed by Lennar on approximately 180 acres in the heart of Hamilton County, just 20 miles north of downtown Indianapolis. When completed, the community will feature 792 single-family ranch homes woven around six lakes and roughly three miles of walking and biking trails — a layout specifically designed to embrace what Lennar calls Indiana's "lake life."
