Del Webb Greenville is the Upstate's first lifestyle-centric 55+ active adult community, built by PulteGroup's Del Webb brand on 209 acres with a full mile of private Reedy River shoreline. PulteGroup broke ground in February 2024 on the 434-home development just outside downtown Greenville near Mauldin, marking the arrival of a brand of large-scale, amenity-laden retirement community that had been common in the Lowcountry but conspicuously absent from Upstate South Carolina until now.
