Bellwether by Del Webb is Minnesota's first Del Webb community and the Twin Cities' only age-restricted, resort-style new home construction community — a distinction that makes it a genuine outlier in a market where 55+ buyers have traditionally had very few purpose-built options. The Estate Collection represents the top end, running into the mid-$600Ks, with larger single-family designs. All homes are single-story, single-family, new construction, with heavy customization available through Pulte's design studio process — buyers often note that despite being new construction, the mix of plans and elevations avoids a cookie-cutter feel.
