But you still have all the shopping and all the services you need right here," says Kelly.

Susie is currently planning a remodel of her kitchen to give it a more "old-fashioned" farmhouse-in-the-country look. "What about the hurricanes?" Susie and Kelly wondered. "There are no hurricanes, and there's warm weather, but it's tolerable warm weather."

"I wouldn't change this for anything," smiles Kelly.
