Regency at Avenir is a gated, 24/7 manned 55+ active-adult community built by Toll Brothers in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Upon completion it will include 469 single-family homes across two collections — the Palms Collection (single-story plans roughly 1,800–2,500 sq. ft., starting in the low $600s) and the larger Tradewinds Collection (60-foot home sites, plans from about 2,500 to over 2,800 sq. ft., starting in the $900s).
