Esplanade at McKinnon Groves is Taylor Morrison's first Esplanade-branded community in Lake County, bringing the resort-lifestyle brand to the rapidly developing Wellness Way corridor between Winter Garden and Clermont. Unlike many Esplanade properties, this community is NOT age-restricted — it's an all-ages resort community designed for buyers (often empty-nesters and retirees, but also families) drawn to amenity-rich, concierge-oriented daily living. The 658-homesite gated development is built around The Venue, Esplanade's signature clubhouse concept. The Venue features a state-of-the-art fitness center, movement studio, spa treatment room with full-service locker rooms, gathering and event spaces, and an on-site bar and culinary lounge.
