Del Webb Naples is a 55+ active adult community set within Ave Maria, a 5,000-acre master-planned town in eastern Collier County, about 36 miles (roughly 45-55 minutes) east of downtown Naples. HOA fees cover lawn maintenance, gate guard, management, common area amenities, irrigation water, internet, cable, sewer, and trash. A CDD fee applies annually. The culture skews social, active, and golf-cart-oriented, with a noticeably Catholic flavor owing to Ave Maria University and the Oratory — something prospective residents should weigh. The location is rural-feeling and self-contained rather than Naples-adjacent; the trade-off is peace, quiet, and value in exchange for a longer drive to the Gulf beaches and the higher-end Naples scene.
