What does the Stillwater Country Club membership cost?

The Stillwater Golf and Country Club membership is free to residents of the community, allowing for endless days spent on the greens and plenty of classes like croquet, wine tasting, yoga and more. This membership also grants you access to the clubhouse and the adjoining restaurant and bar.

What are HOA fees?

HOA fees go to the community’s Home Owner’s Association, which is generally in charge of keeping up with the maintenance of amenities, common grounds and more. It is generally due either monthly or quarterly and varies by community. Typically communities with higher HOA fees will have more amenities and community-sponsored activities to offer residents.

How far is The Villages from Jacksonville, Florida?

Jacksonville is about two-and-a-half hours from The Villages — an easy day trip for residents of Jacksonville. Downtown Jacksonville is also easy to check out, which is only 30 minutes from Stillwater.

Can you prepay HOA fees?

Generally, it is possible to prepay HOA fees, but you should make it a rule of thumb to ask your community’s Home Owner’s Association.
