Parkland Preserve has CDD fees of about $239 per month plus an HOA fee of $220 per quarter. Overall, this works out to about $312 per month. These fees go toward maintenance of the community’s gates, amenities and common grounds, in addition to lawn care and providing a full-time lifestyle director.

How long does a CDD last in Florida?
